	Quote requests can be submitted in two ways, one; email directly to the customer service person at the factory or two; send an email to our office with the information needed.  For the quickest response, send all quotations to the factory direct.  Go to LINES and link directly to the factory of choice. Remember all quotation requests must include the following: Item number & description; color, size Quote date needed Quantity Delivery ( in house date ) Packaging requirements, if needed Special handling & shipping , if needed Imprint color/colors, PMS match if needed Imprint locations & number Art Proof if needed, emailed or faxed Contact person Phone/fax number & email address Company Name Target price or contract price The more accurate and complete the information, the better we can respond to help you close the order!!
