	We know that the best way to close a sale is to give the customer a sample of the product they are looking to purchase.  While we agree with this philosophy, each of our suppliers has a separate policy concerning samples. The best way we can service your business is to have you contact each factory and request the sample desired.  You may also contact us directly and see if we have a sample available in our filed kits. The following is a general guide for each of the suppliers we represent and their policy on samples. Aloe Up FREE spec samples on lip balm and sunscreen sticks / bottles, and Hand Sanitizer.  send vector art to connie@aloeup.com, include shipper number. Most all other samples are billed at EQP price. H&C Headwear / KC Caps Free Samples, virtuals upon request and "limited" Free Spec Samples Random samples are no charge with a shipper number. Key-Bak Free with shipper number Richardson Brands/ Beechies Free with shipper number ( ctn qty only ) RoadPro Blank samples are EQP less 15% with shipper number. Random or Blank samples must be prepaid with a credit card, any item above $25.00 net may be returned with approval withing 30 days. REMEMBER: There are always exceptions to the policy, so call us or email us your sample request, we may be able to help!!!
